- FMC Corporation announced it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Global Specialty Solutions (GSS) business to Envu. Envu will purchase the GSS business for a purchase price of $350 million, subject to
closing working capital adjustment.

- Nufarm Americas, inc., announced the Environmental Protection Agency registration for Southpaw Herbicide, what the company calls a one-of-a-kind combination formula developed for flexible postemergence control of broadleaf
weeds, grassy weeds and sedges in a variety of warm-season turf types with excellent turfgrass tolerance. “Lawn care professionals have needed a better weed-control solution for warm-season lawns, and Nufarm has worked with industry
partners and researchers to bring Southpaw as that solution,” said Jeff Eldridge, CGCS, Nufarm golf segment lead. “The unique combination of chemistries in Southpaw provides the benefit of outstanding warm-season turf safety.”
