Monday, December 9

  • Bernhard and Company announced the appointment of Brent Holmes as its new Territory Sales Manager for the South East USA. Holmes will collaborate closely with Bernhard and Company’s established business development, sales, and support teams across the USA, ensuring the highest standards of service for distributors and customers nationwide.

Thursday, December 5

  • Bethel Farms, LLLP announced its alignment with MVP Genetics, a pioneer in high-performance vegetative turfgrass cultivars based in Salem, Oregon. This collaboration marks the launch of two cutting-edge turfgrass cultivars, Gateway Zoysia and Durban Seashore Paspalum, with plans to introduce additional innovative grasses in the future through Bethel’s extensive networks.

Tuesday, December 3

  • Landscapes Unlimited and sister company Landscapes Golf Management have been selected to guide the transformation and addition of an 18-hole championship golf course at the luxury hunting haven Lazy J Grand Lodge in Ideal, South Dakota. Under a new Lazy J Sporting Club brand, Lazy J Grand Lodge will convert to a private destination club with the planned par-72, 7,216-yard layout designed by Craig & Coyne that is scheduled to soon commence construction and open in summer 2027.
  • Toro announced a partnership with Brentsville District High School, located in Prince William County, Virginia,  to cultivate the next generation of turfgrass managers. Starting this fall, Brentsville District High School will be rebranding their turfgrass program to be named the Brentsville Turf Toro Grounds Academy. View the video announcement here.
